TL Student Registration

Book Rental is due and payable for your student at the time of registration. Checks should be made payable to Twin Lakes School Corporation and submitted to the secretary in the building where your student attends.

New Middle School Students – 6th, 7th, or 8th grade students new to Twin Lakes School Corporation, please contact the guidance office at Roosevelt Middle School (583-5552) between the hours of 8:00-3:30, to schedule an appointment to register for classes.

Twin Lakes High School: Grade 9-12 Scott Leverenz, Principal – 583-7108 Jen Miller, Assistant Principal
Registration Dates: Grades 9 – 12 may pick up schedules at the Guidance Office Thursday, August 5 12:00 P.M. – 7:00 PM Friday, August 6 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday, August 9 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

New High School Students Only – High School students new to Twin Lakes School Corporation must contact the Guidance Office (574-583-7108) for an appointment to register for classes. This does not apply to students who were 8th graders last year at Roosevelt Middle School or any other Twin Lakes High School student who has already registered for classes.

New Vaccination Requirements

Indiana state law now requires the following vaccinations:

All 6th-12th grade students must have 2 doses of Varicella vaccine (chicken pox) if they do not have a history of chicken pox disease.

All 6th-12th grade students will be required to have 1 does of tetanus-diptheria-acellular pertussis vaccine (Tdap) given on or after their 10th birthday.

All 6th-12th grade students will be required to have 1 does of Meningococcal conjugate vaccine (MCV4).

Plans are being finalized for White County Health Department to host immunization clinics on registration days.

PAT Club Newsletter

The TL PAT Club has published its July newsletter. This month's publication includes important information regarding the Fall Football schedule, August hog roast, and other important upcoming dates.

Parents and Athletes Together (PAT) was designed many years ago to be the positive LOUD CROWD that cheers on the Indians and helps our coaches and athletes be the best they can be. We do this in a variety of ways: Thursday Night Pre-Game Meals, Away game treats/ meals, decorating the Commons and Locker Room, Porkburgers at Home games, Game Ball Raffles, Clothing Sales, Gatorade during two-a-days, weekly newsletter, and SO MUCH MORE! We raise money to obtain equipment and special items that the team and coaches need to be successful. This football family takes its job seriously and enjoys every chance we have to make this wonderful time of TWIN LAKES HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL very special. It is a group that involves everyone including families, friends, Monticello and all Twin Lakes community fans! Don’t be afraid to ask questions or ask for help.
